Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our curtain poles, finials, and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be in original condition with all packaging intact
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on curtain holdbacks and portieres that show signs of installation or use. Custom or made-to-order items (including special length dormer rods) are also non-returnable.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all included parts
- Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse at 82 Beechwood Ave, Londonderry, GB CH1V 8YC
- Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as returns, clearly stating in your email that you wish to exchange the item. Include the product code of your desired replacement.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items
- Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Important Notes: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable.
