At Curtain Hardware Shop, we take pride in offering premium curtain hardware solutions including complete pole sets, finials, and accessories. While we strive for your complete satisfaction, we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned or exchanged. Please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition with all packaging intact
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on curtain holdbacks and portieres that show signs of installation or use. All other products in our range (poles, brackets, finials, etc.) are eligible for returns if conditions are met.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (see template below)
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all included parts
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse at 82 Beechwood Ave, Londonderry, GB CH1V 8YC
  5. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, clearly stating in your email that you wish to exchange the item. Include the product code of your desired replacement.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items
  • Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Important Notes

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
  • Custom or made-to-order items (including special length dormer rods) cannot be returned
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
